Mommy and her little man

Connor and I were playing on the floor while Grandma Jean played with Johanna.
I like this pix - it looks like he's got his arm around me.
Mom, why does your hair look crazy? Just a regular day in our house - lol

Mini Van Mom

It's official - I am a mini van mom.
I hate to admit it but I do love the van - automatic doors, built in sun shades, heated seats, DVD... How can I not love it?

Many Faces of Connor - 3 1/2 months old

This picture reminds me of CW's cousins - I think there are a couple pictures of Caitlin and Ben with this smile and wink.
Mmm, frog legs. Connor loves to much on everything.
What a smile. I usually see this grin when Johanna says "Hi" to Connor.

Loving the Zoo

We headed to the zoo for a little family fun. Connor and I hanging out while Jo and Tom played on the swing set in the Family Farm.
We also headed to check out the bird exhibit. We couldn't pass it up.
Johanna picking her bird to hold. Mmm, yellow or blue. She would say "bew"
I'll get him Dada
My sweet little boy - all that chirping put Connor right to sleep.
Awake and ready to roll after a little nap.
Such a silly boy.
As we were leaving the elephants got their treat balls. It was fun to watch them try to get the treats out of the balls.

Wings from Down Under

We didn't realize it, but Jo and Lily were signed up for the same zoo class. So afterward we headed over to the summer exhibit, Wings from Down Under. Thanks Grandma Gaumond for hanging out with Connor while he slept in the stroller.
Lily wasn't quite sure what to think about the birds. Erin confessed she really didn't like birds, esp. being in a cage with at least 100 of them.
Johanna the 1st time she held one of the birds. I thought she might drop the stick, but she held on tightly. She loved it!
Lily liked it too
I love this pix of Jo and I.
Johanna wanted to feed the birds herself.

State Fair, Part 2

We headed to State Fair with Grandpa and Grandma Gaumond for the last day. It's our 2nd year - I think it's a tradition. Oh, and our other tradition, eating our way through the fair.
First stop - the Milk House. I got banana milk and it was delicious. Tom had root beer and cherry vanilla. Jo loved her chocolate milk Sipping our milk.
Petting a bunny with Grandpa.
Johanna loved to stick her head in the cut outs - she was super cute.
Johanna got to pet a goat as we headed through the goat barn.
Strollin' with Grandpa
Connor hangin' out - he loves to suck on his fingers and thumb.
We went to visit one of Tom's client's who sell roasted nuts. We got almonds and Johanna ate about half the bag. She loved them! Must get that from her mother.
I love this pix - too funny Grandma and Grandpa
Making of cream puffs
Grandpa needed his cream puff. Johanna loved that he shared it with her. Thanks Grandpa!
Mmm, what's this?
Sure, I'll have more.
I love cream puffs!
Trying the Chocolate Covered Bacon - overrated. None of us liked it much. Tom liked the bacon, I liked the chocolate.
We convinced Grandpa to try it - he didn't like it either.
Now on to the corn...
Jo nibbling on Tom's corn. It's the first time she had corn, actually on the cob.
I needed my Saz's sour cream-n-chive fries.
